Return Policy

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval. This will be granted in the form of a RA (return authorization) number.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the return must be accompanied by the original invoice, packing slip and assigned RA #.

Custom products are not eligible accepted for returns unless they're found to be defective or received damaged at customer’s location. All such shipping damages are expected to be reported immediately upon receipt of product to be considered for return.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued to you via your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you have received prior written authorization for an exchange. If you wish to discuss an exchange issue, send us an email at dee@escooptics.com

Shipping

If a return or exchange of product is granted, you will be provided with an address as well as our UPS account number to cover the related cost of sending the product back to our company.
