Current Open Positions: 

  • Entry Level - Optical Trainee
    Learn the various departments of the shop and assist where needed in the manufacturing process. Help produce optical components to customer specifications. Manufacturing experience and/or familiarity with a shop environment preferred. First and Second Shift available.
  • CNC Lens Technician
    Looking for candidates with experience in CNC - spherical fabrication, conventional plano, continuous polishing methods, familiarity with block and handling techniques. IR & visible UV material knowledge a must. Proficiency in all forms of optical metrology. 
  • Lens Department Supervisor
    Responsibilities include managing the overall performance of the lens department, establishing work instructions and SOPs for production and work with scheduling to meet production goals. CNC fabrication of spherical conventional plano, continuous polishing methods, familiarity with block and handling techniques is a requirement. IR & visible UV material knowledge a must. Proficiency in all forms of optical metrology. 
  • Quality Control Manager
    Manage our in-house quality control department. Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in related QC environment in manufacturing, optical fabrication is preferred. Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams. 
  • Quality Control Technician
    This position requires the inspection of optical components, utilizing micrometers and calipers. Familiarity with optical metrology is preferred, and attention to detail is critical.
  • CNC Optical Fabrication Technician
    Experienced in the layout, programming, manufacture and testing of spherical, aspherical and cylindrical lenses, windows, mirrors, wedges. The candidate must be familiar with CNC programing.
  • Conventional Polishing Technician
    Candidate must have knowledge and experience lapping and polishing optical materials using CP, spindle polishing other optical fabrication techniques. Double sided polishing experience is a plus.
  • Inside Sales Operations
    Providing quotes to potential and existing customers based upon their specific needs. Reviewing customer's technical specifications and identifying products to meet or exceed their requirements. Customer service, follow up, minimal travel.
  • Director of Sales
    Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Sets revenue targets and key performance indicators for the sales department. Manage all employees of the department, responsible and accountable for the performance management of the employees within the department. Implement sales strategies across the company, monitor and accountable for effectiveness.
  • Maintenance Technician
    Duties to include troubleshooting / repairing CNC and conventional machines. Candidate must be familiar with general electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
