Current Open Positions:
Director of Sales Operations
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Manage sales team results by; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Moderate travel is required for key accounts, client acquisition and trades shows. Previous experience in the optics industry is highly preferred.
- Lens Technician
Growth opportunities available for a candidate with 5–10 years experience in CNC - spherical fabrication, conventional plano, continuous polishing methods, familiarity with block and handling techniques. IR & visible UV material knowledge a must. Proficiency in all forms of optical metrology.
- Quality Control Manager
Manage our in-house quality control department. Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in related QC environment in manufacturing, optical fabrication is preferred. Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
Quality Control Technician
This position requires the inspection of optical components, utilizing micrometers and calipers. Familiarity with optical metrology is preferred, and attention to detail is critical.
CNC Optical Fabrication Technician
Experienced in the layout, programming , manufacture and testing of spherical, aspherical and cylindrical lenses, windows, mirrors, wedges. The candidate must be familiar with CNC programing.
Conventional Polishing Technician
Candidate must have knowledge and experience lapping and polishing optical materials using CP, spindle polishing other optical fabrication techniques. Double sided polishing experience is a plus.
Inside Sales Operations
Providing quotes to potential and existing customers based upon their specific needs. Reviewing customer's technical specifications and identifying products to meet or exceed their requirements. Customer service, follow up, minimal travel.
Duties to include troubleshooting / repairing CNC and conventional machines. Candidate must be familiar with general electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
