Glass Wafers

We manufacture glass wafers in a variety of sizes and materials. Quartz and Fused Silica Glass Wafer are the most popular materials. Borosilicate glass (N-BK7/BSL-7) and Borofloat are additional materials that have excellent performance in semiconductor and biotech applications. We also produce wafer coating substrates.

Our wafer capabilities span from small to large diameters with sizes less than 50mm and larger sizes of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm to 450mm with thicknesses between 0.1mm-0.3mm.

Using our exclusive double-sided super polish methods were able to deliver extremely accurate and repeatable wafers. We also provide laser marking for serial numbers and or other identifiers. All wafers are ultrasonically cleaned, inspected by our metrology team, and packed in our clean room with specialty designed wafer packaging.
