New addition Michael Vergo

We are excited to announce the addition of Michael Vergo to our sales and business development team. As we continue to grow, Vergo will be leading the charge in promoting our custom optic solutions and strengthening current client relationships. His enthusiasm and dedication to the field is contagious.  

Vergo started in the optics field 12 years ago at Sydor Optics. There, he learned the details and intricacies of optical fabrication before taking his knowledge to IDEX Corporation. His extensive sales background has afforded him the unique ability to help clients through the tumultuous process of advanced optical designs and manufacturability.

“I’m very excited to join a family run business like Esco, it’s a great team environment and I hope to make an immediate impact,” said Vergo. “I’ve had great meetings so far and there’s tremendous opportunity for this company.” 

Vergo’s strengths in communication, outreach and optical knowledge is undoubtedly an asset gain for Esco. “Adding Mike to the team allows us to better service our clients and scale our offerings,” stated Lee Steneken, Esco Optics’ CEO. “We are very fortunate to have him, he’s a key piece in our growth strategy now that our new facility is flourishing.”

In his free time, Vergo enjoys fishing, baseball and spending time with his wife Jennifer and two children, Marina and Michael Jr.
