Operations and procedures during COVID-19

Dear valued customer,

We want to reassure you that Esco Optics is currently operating at normal capacity amid the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. We are considered essential and critical manufacturing by the state of New Jersey in aiding in the fight against Covid-19. While there have been some minor delays as our manufacturing utilizes consumables and raw materials from effected areas, it has not affected day-to-day operations. We are working diligently to remain on-time for all orders. We have been acquiring excessive material and resources to ensure our supplies are plentiful, and we have been working extra hours to fulfill customer orders in advance of their required due dates. If you would like to receive your orders before their scheduled delivery dates, please let your sales representative know.

Keeping the well-being of you and our team in mind, we have implemented several recommendations from the CDC. These include procedures for prevention, handling sickness amongst our workforce, respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene, routine IPA-based cleaning of work surfaces, and risk-assessment for potentially infected employees.

We promise to be as proactive as possible both in our risk-mitigation plans and our communications. Esco will follow the guidelines set forth by the New Jersey State government regarding our manufacturing operations, as well as the New York State government for our Rochester office.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been negatively impacted by this unprecedented crisis.
